At Smarter Surfaces™ we understand that from time to time you may change your mind about ordering a product or may have ordered too much. We will gladly accept returns for any item ordered from our stores for credit within 30 days of your original order. To make a return, the product should not have been used and should be returned in its original packaging with all of its contents intact.

For returns please contact the Smarter Surfaces customer support by emailing support@smartersurfaces.com with your order number, contact information and a detailed reason for return.  A member of our support team will guide you through the returns process.  Due to the large number of orders coming in and out of our warehouse, any returns which have not been cleared with our customer support team cannot be accepted.

After contacting our customer support, you will be given a unique order return number to help identify the product, as well as a dedicated return delivery address.

Return Fees

The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.  No unpaid returns will be accepted.

Once the items are received, inspected and found to be in good order, a refund or credit note will be issued for the amount of the items.

Note: In the unlikely event that items are damaged by the carrier, you will be able to file a claim with the delivering carrier for the full cost of the items damaged
